Market and Demographic Information
The Shoreline Economic Development Portal (Buxton Portal) is an interactive, GIS-based system that allows you to research local population buying patterns, locations and drive time information for Shoreline and the surrounding areas. Psycho-demographics analysis and retail matching are provided by the Buxton Company.
Instructions:
Go to http://www.buxtonco.com and click on "Client Log in" on the left. Enter one of the following user name and password combinations below.
Developers: User ID - opportunity; Password - investnow
Retailers: User ID - demographics; Password - shoreline

The City of Shoreline is a member of numerous organizations that are partners in economic development Regional partners include Enterprise Seattle, Puget Sound Regional Council, Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle, Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Local organizations include Shoreline Chamber of Commerce, Forward Shoreline, Shoreline Rotary, Shoreline Historical Museum, and the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council.
