Pet Licensing
The easiest way to obtain a pet license is to purchase a license online from King County Online Pet Licensing.  A pet license can also be obtained from King County by mail. Information about how to license your pet, the benefits of pet licensing, who needs a license, and so forth can be obtained at the King County Pet License website, or by calling (206) 296-2712.

How Much Does a Pet License Cost?

Juvenile Under six months of age; 6 months expiration $15
Altered proof required - see King County Pet License website        $30
Unaltered Includes $25 voucher for savings on spay/neuter $60
Senior Proof that pet is altered and proof that owner is 65 years of age or older is required $15
Service Animal Statement that owner has disability and animal is a service animal is required $0
